I want to Register as a Client

Contact ACX Brokerage Services on

- Step 2
Now we have your contact details you will be sent a New Account Pack.
- Step 3
Complete the New Account Application Form and the Client Agreement Form and return to ACX.
- Step 4
A Client Identification Number (CIN) will be issued and your account will be opened with ACX.
- Step 5
You are now registered as a client and ready to trade.
How Do I Buy?
Check that your Trust Account holds sufficient funds to cover your order and brokerage fee or that you have a line of sufficient credit arranged with your Broker. Contact your Broker via phone, fax or electronic mail to purchase the Emission Commodities required. Your Broker will inform you of current market information and announcements and confirm the vintage, quantity and price you wish to "bid" on the market.
Your Broker will require the following information: Client Account Name; ACX Client Identification Number (CIN), name of the person placing the order, bid order quantity (100 tonne minimum lot), price details (in Australian dollars and cents per metric tonne) vintage and any order time limits. A bid must be made in the Client name that the emission commodities are to be registered in as a consequence of the bid being successful.
You can instruct your Broker to amend (quantity or price) or withdraw the order at any time up to the time the order is "filled" on the EETP. You may also have several "bids" live at one time.
