EmMap™ - 3 Day Intensive Training Course
For the first time ACX are offering their unique EmMap™ program as a 3 day intensive course.
The course will be held in the ACX offices, Melbourne, startingTuesday 29th through Thursday 31st of July.
Based on our Emissions measurement Management and action process or EmMap™ and our experience in developing and operating Australia's first Carbon Trading platform ACX has developed a comprehensive training program specifically for the Australian context.
- Understand the importance of robust Accounting Standards
- Become skilled at measuring emissions and identifying abatement options
- Learn how to use tools such as MAC Modeler to build internal marginal abatement curves
- Understand both the risks and opportunities of a company's GHG Inventory
- Learn how to develop action plans and back them up with a robust business case
- Acquire a working knowledge of Carbon Trading and how it can be used to meet targets at least cost
- Learn how to integrate emissions management into other business functions such as planning and corporate affairs
Both Tim Hanlin & Manus Higgins, the on-line presenters of the EmMap™ course, will be taking you through the process.
